About special orders
We only supply kimono and kitenge fabrics, but we also accept special orders.
Please check the following:
・You cannot change the charm to your desired one.
If you do not need them, please let us know and we will deduct 50 yen per pair.
-You can choose between a washi paper-based package or a clear package.
If the product is made of washi paper, the attention will be folded and enclosed in the package.
If you do not require packaging, we will deduct 50 yen per pair.
・The sizes that can be produced are 120cm and 140cm. You can specify the number of pieces for each size.
We do not accept orders for production in any other sizes.
・After production, it may be discovered that the shoelaces cannot be sold. In this case, we will refund your money.
- For pre-order items, delivery time is at least 3 months from the time of order.
・Shipping: Free for orders over 30,000 yen (excluding tax).
・Payment by bank transfer or Paypal
