Q. What is the best shoelace size?
Please carefully consider the size and hole of the shoes you plan to use when selecting your size. The optimal size will vary depending on the shape and size of your shoes. Please understand that it is difficult for us to suggest the optimal size for you.
The best solution is to measure the length of the shoelaces that come with your sneakers and choose the appropriate size.
For reference: The sizes used in the images of items being worn on the shop page are as follows.
For low-cut models, wear size: approx. 120cm/approx. 47 inches
Shoe size: US 6/UK 5/EUR 38/cm 24
For high cuts, wear size: approx. 140cm/approx. 55 inches
Shoe size: US 10/UK 9/EUR 44/cm 28
Q: Can I get gift wrapping?
Yes, it is possible. Please see here for information about gift boxes.
Q: Is cash on delivery possible?
No, it is not supported.
Q. Can I receive it by post?
Yes, it will be shipped by post.
Q: Will sold-out items be restocked?
no.
There is a limit to the number of shoelaces that can be made from one piece of fabric, so once sold out, items will not be restocked.
Furthermore, each product is completely unique, meaning you will never get the same item twice.
Q. I forgot to enter the coupon code. Can I apply it later?
Due to system limitations, coupon codes cannot be applied to orders after payment has been completed.
