Regarding payment methods <br>This site accepts the following payment methods.

About delivery and shipping charges <br>Delivery company: Yamato Transport and Japan Post Delivery time: 2 to 5 business days from order Delivery charges: Free shipping within Japan for orders over 2,600 yen. Free shipping for customers who purchase products worth 2,600 yen or more in a single order.
For orders under 2,600 yen, shipping is a flat rate of 300 yen (tax included) nationwide.
Please note that in some cases, we may change the shipping company to an equivalent carrier without notice.
Regarding cancellations : We will only accept cancellations of your order if the shipping procedure for your package has not yet begun. We cannot accept cancellations after your package has been prepared for shipping.
Return and exchange conditions and product confirmation
When your ordered item arrives, please be sure to check within one week to make sure there are no defects in the item and that there are no errors in your order.
In addition, please keep the "Delivery Note and Detailed Description" included with the product.
・Returns and exchanges
This product is a set of two shoes. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for single shoes. All items must be purchased as a set of two shoes.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us by email within one week of receiving the item.
We will reply as soon as we receive your message. Please return the item to us within one week of receiving the reply.
We will send you the return address and other details in a reply email.
*If you do not receive a reply within 3 business days, please contact us again by email or phone.
・If you have specified domains to receive emails as a measure against spam, emails may not be delivered correctly. Please set your email settings to allow reception from the following domains.

・Depending on the settings of your email service, email software, antivirus software, etc., emails may be recognized as "spam" and may not be delivered (especially if you use free email services such as Yahoo! Mail or Hotmail).
In that case, please check your spam folder or check the settings of the service or software you are using.
*Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the products listed below.
・Products that have been delivered more than one week ago
・Used products
・Products with damaged or missing accessories, including packaging, when returning or exchanging for reasons other than product defects.
・Returns and exchanges other than for product defects when the person placing the order and the person receiving the item are different persons
*Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. Thank you for your understanding.
If a replacement is available, we will exchange it; if not, we will refund your money.

Please note that all items are one-of-a-kind, and even if the item number is the same, the pattern will not be the same.
The procedure is as follows:
1. Please contact us by email with the following details within one week of receiving the product.

-Reason for exchange or return (if damaged, please attach a photo of the damaged area)

(This will be stated in the order confirmation email we sent you after you placed your order.)
2. We will inform you of the return procedure.
3. Please return the product to our store with cash on delivery.
Please choose your shipping company from Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or Japan Post according to your convenience.
*Please be sure to contact us in advance by email. Please note that we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges if you do not contact us in advance.
*Please make sure to return the product using a method that allows you to check the tracking number to prevent the product from being lost during return.
*Please note that if the item is damaged upon arrival at our store and has not been previously indicated as a reason for return, we will be unable to exchange, return, or refund the item.
4. Once we receive the returned product, we will either exchange the product or accept it as a return.
*The color and texture of the actual product may differ depending on your monitor or display environment.
