For Small Packet, it takes about 2 to 3 weeks to arrive.
EMS takes about 4 to 5 days to arrive.
Please note that tracking is not available in all countries.

About returns

Please be forewarned that we do not accept returns for any personal reasons.  
In the case of the products being defective, we will respond by refunding for the defective product upon confirming the defect via a photo attached to the email sent within one week of arrival.
Returning the product is unnecessary in this case.            
If you would like a refund for a defective product, contact us within one week of the product’s arrival via email.

※Please understand that we cannot accept any defective products that meet the following conditions.           

  • Products that have exceeded one week from arrival
  • Used product 
  • In instances where the orderer and the recipient is different, excluding instances where the product is defective

The procedure is as follows.              

1; Please send the following information via email within one week of the product’s arrival. 

  • Name
  • Home address
  • Email
  • Product name and number
  • Defective area (Please indicate with a photo in the case of a damaged product etc.)
  • Order number(It is written in the order confirmation email sent

2; We will guide you through the refund process as soon as we have confirmed the email. 

 About canceling your order

We will accept cancels if the product has not yet gone through the shipping process. For products that have already been prepared to be shipped, the shipment cannot be canceled.
